Error starting AE from its shortcut / Error iniciando AE desde su acceso directo

I require assistance with an issue that occurs when launching the program. It crashes and displays the error messages shown in the screenshot. What's strange is that this issue only arises when I run the program from its desktop shortcut. However, I can continue to use After Effects if I initiate it through a project file (.aep) and create new projects by selecting 'File > New Project' from there. I can still use After Effects, but the inconvenience of having to start it in this manner is quite frustrating.

Necesito ayuda con un problema que ocurre al iniciar el programa. Crashea y muestra los mensajes de error que están en la captura de pantalla. Lo que es raro de este problema es que sólo surge cuando ejecuto el programa desde el acceso directo del escritorio. Sin embargo, puedo seguir usando After Effects si lo inicio a través de un archivo de proyecto (.aep) y creo nuevos proyectos seleccionando 'Archivo > Nuevo proyecto' desde allí. Todavía puedo usar After Effects, pero el inconveniente de tener que iniciarlo de esta manera es bastante frustrante.
