Extensions not showing up in After Effects

I recently tried installing the LottieFiles plugin for After Effects. In the Creative Cloud app, it says the extension is successfully installed, however nothing shows up in Window > Extensions in After Effects. I tried installing via ZXP and the ZXP manager also shows that it's successfully installed, however I'm still not seeing anything in the Extensions menu.

 

Anyone know what's going on?

That's not ideal. Can you check if there's update available for After Effects or the plug-in? I'd recommend contacting Lottie Files support to get help on this. Here: https://adobe.ly/4brAVpz
