Failed to load plugins After Effects 2023

Hi everybody!

I am having these warnings when I startup After Effects. This warning also shows up when I start up the Beta version of After Effects. I found one solution: installing Visual Studio, but that did not work. Does anyone else have these warnings or a solution to this problem?
