Font does not change uniformly: AE 24

When I start to write in some fonts, AE automatically goes to another font after a few letters. When I try and change it back, it only changes some letters. 2017 iMac, 12.6.1.

      Thanks for the quick response, Douglas. My solution is sticking with the '23 PR/AE until 24.1 comes out but nice to know it's been accounted for!

        Thanks for the screen shots! I have seen this with scripting (and it annoyed me immensely), and speculated/assumed that it would occur with typing but never heard a report.

         

        A fix for this in available in the 24.1 Beta.
