Glitching pixels export, over different projects and compositions.

I had been facing a very weird issues with after effects and premiere pro.
my last project is made of one composition of a wide screen with just a few solid color shape in the background and some pictures of peoples and there name with mix of illustrator files and text layer. All of it precomped in a small composition with just a png picture of the stage.

In the preview panel, everything play good, nothing looks weird. but when i export it, i get this glitching frames, looks like artifacts or a glitches ruining the pictures or the shapes during moving, even glitches appears on parts on the PNG that doesn't have any movement at all. Also it sometimes skips frames and jump forward in time.

Similar problem has been happening with a different project, it's a dynamic link timeline imported from adobe premiere pro, with 1 minute of footages, edited on 1080p.

i added some Ai logo layers and some text. also plays good inside after effects, but after rendering it, i found some glitches, with a messed up edit, footage from the end cuts to the start, and skipping frames with music.

All of this got mixed with some crashes and some Blue screen and restarting.

What i had tried so far:
- I tried exporting from render queue and media encoder.
- Tried Adobe Ae 2024 and 2023 with latest updates and old versions.
- Cleared All cache before and after every render. "which is being saved at my Samsung m.2 drive".
- Disabled/enabling Multi-frame rendering and hardware accelerated decoding.
- Updated windows and Graphic card drivers, and used old drivers.
- reinstalled windows updates.
- Tweaked some of the bios settings, "i saw earlier on the community. was taking about crashes and bsod happening with Intel i9 processors".
- used clean removal tool, deleted All creative cloud and all adobe apps and reinstalled them.

All the glitches happens in random way, sometime i render and all go smooth, but most of time i happens in different ways and places. no matter what i remove effects, change pictures, render setting "software only" or hardware.
- Stress tested all parts of PC, and no errors whatsoever

I can't figure out the cause as it is not consistent. while it happens in different projects.
it might be something related to encoding the video.

My PC Spec:
MB z790 gaming x AX
Bios: F10

Intel 13th gen i19 13900k

GB 1660 super
Corsair dominator 32 Ram runs at 4800mhz

crucial mx500 500bg
Samsung m.2 1tb

Win 11 the last update

*i attached one sample of the video with the glitchy frames, and a picture from the rendering showing nothing wrong.
renderd number 15 'contain glitches', then 16, clear, then number 17 and 18 and both contain glitches.

560.81 Studio driver.
Already tried this multiple times. newest and older drivers.

Clean installation, both game ready and studio.

I see! Could you share the project file (along with media) to test at out end? Feel free to share via DM is you don't want to share it publicly.

Looking forward to your response.

After SO MANY tests.
It is definitely the Encoding settings, Software encoding and hardware encoding.

It has driving me crazy, i must set it to software encoding, and i don't know why.
is it a faulty CPU from Intel as it has been spread out all over the news or a GPU driver. i absolutely have no idea.

My guess, it'll be related to the GPU. Could you let us know the version of the GPU driver that's installed? I'd consider clean installing the GPU driver.

It's a PNG being reveald with a mp4 matte video.
but the glitches happes only on this picture and the other shape layers around it. not the others.

What's the source of the media (png and mp4)? Are they downloaded or screen recorded? In any case, I'd suggest transcoding them to eliminate corruption-related issues. If that doesn't help, please share the project file (along with media) so that I can test. Feel free to share it via DM if you do not want to share it publicly.

Yes this glitch.
Already Nividia driver are up to the latest driver, downloaded manually from their website, also tried from Geforce App.
Both used clean install.
Used Media encoder and the same error happens

What is the source of the footage used? Is it screen recorded? Try transcoding the footage and replace it with the footage used in the project.

Let us know if that brings any change.

Is this the glitch you're referring to (screenshot) or something else? A similar issue was reported with a few previous versions of Nvidia GPU drivers. What's the version of the driver you're using? You can check that in Windows Device Manager. Also, try exporting using Software Encoding in Media Encoder.

Let us know how it goes.
