Incorrect colors when exporting from Media Encoder

Here is a breakdown of the color issues based on version and color management settings:

version 24.x / Adobe color managed

• After Effects (24.6.8) direct render to JPEG → OK (No issues)
• After Effects (24.6.8) direct render to mp4 → OK (No issues)
• Media Encoder (24.6.5) direct render to JPEG → OK (No issues)
• Media Encoder (24.6.5) direct render to mp4 → ISSUE: The gamma is slightly different. (Is it forcibly converting sRGB to Rec. 709?)

version 24.x / OCIO color managed

• After Effects (24.6.8) direct render to JPEG → OK (No issues)
• After Effects (24.6.8) direct render to mp4 → OK (No issues)
• Media Encoder (24.6.5) direct render to JPEG → ISSUE: Colors are incorrect.
• Media Encoder (24.6.5) direct render to mp4 → ISSUE: Colors are incorrect.

version 25.x / Adobe color managed

• After Effects (25.5) direct render to JPEG → OK (No issues)
• After Effects (25.5) direct render to mp4 → OK (No issues)
• Media Encoder (25.5) direct render to JPEG → ISSUE: Colors are incorrect.
• Media Encoder (25.5) direct render to mp4 → ISSUE: Colors are incorrect.

version 25.x / OCIO color managed

• After Effects (25.5) direct render to JPEG → OK (No issues)

Why does this same type of bug keep recurring with every version update? Isn't color fidelity the most critical aspect of this kind of software? Please, finally fix the persistent color management problems in Media Encoder. I suspect that it is forcibly converting files to Rec. 709 (Gamma 2.4) even when they are supposed to be exported as sRGB (Gamma 2.2).
