Keyframes in timeline not exporting

When I work in Premiere and in AfterEffects making vertically formatted videos for TikTok, I have to change the size and position of the clip. Lately, when I export the video, for one frame, the clip moves back to its original position, thus creating a jerky motion. This happens for every clip in a video, so exported it looks really choppy when watching the clips in succession.
I tried exporting directly from AE instead of using the Media Encoder, and the problem still persists. Does anytone know why this is happening?

That is correct. I only see this issue after I export the video file.
Here's a link to the files

Hi @ADudley,

Thank you for reporting this issue, sorry to hear you're experiencing these jumps in the clip's position.

Would you be able to share the project file with us? And, to clarify, are you only seeing these jumps on export and not when playing back the comps/sequences within After Effects or Premiere?

Thanks again,

Moving to After Effects issues because the issue also appears with direct exports from Ae.
