MacOS Sonoma After Effects not working

Is there any solution? I updated my Mac to Sonoma and encountering the same problem with After Effects. I cannot open any project anymore and it shows always the Crash-Report.

Same problem here. I hope there comes a fix soon. I need my After effects 2020 back. 

the same thing happened to me with my 2021 version! i downloaded 2024 hoping for all issues to be resolved but now i have lost the plug ins i was using with my 2021 version. now when i go into the creative cloud app, i don't even have the option to redownload 2021. really wish i had known about this before updating to sonoma 😞

Same issue on launch - or lack of, with Premiere. Premier ran a diagnostic and no issues were found. 

I am having the same issue with AE 2023 and 2024. The application hangs on launch - even in safe mode and presents me with the crash report form. I'm running Sonoma on an M2 Max

Sorry that you are experiencing a crash. You can try to trash your preferences to see if it fixes the issue, but please note that After Effects 2020 was not designed for Sonoma, and changes in the OS might break it.
