Mocha Pro will not launch on After Effects 23.0.0

Mocha Pro (2022.5) will no longer launch through After Effects (23.0.0) on my Mac Pro (OS X Ventura 13.0.1), it just hangs on the "Mocha Pro is starting..." screen and the app icon bounces in the app doc for about 2 minutes before stopping and staying frozen.

 

I have tried restarting the computer multiple times, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled both After Effects and Mocha Pro, to no avail.
