Mouse Wheel Doesn’t Scroll Long Menus, Limited to Clicking Up/Down Triangles

After Effects versions (since forever) to 24.4.0 ........ long menu pickers don’t scroll with the mouse wheel.  The only option is to click and hold the up/down triangles which are very slow (8 lines/items a second on average).  Doesn’t matter where the menu is - in an effect chooser, or even when parenting in a comp with many layers.

Other interface components in After Effects respect the scroll wheel (effects list, project panel, comp layers, etc.) - please fix this so menu list pickers use the mouse scroll wheel.
