I update after effects recently and now I cannot render a h.264 file, in the final file the size is 24 bytes not carry the large of the video or complexity of the animation, is always the same, and when I try reproduce the video, it's says the file is corrupted, I not see any similar problem in the web, this appears something new error. Someone know about this?

Hi all,

This issue was fixed in the 23.2 version of After Effects and Premiere Pro. If you continue to experience this failure to export in a version of After Effects or Premiere that is 23.2 or later, please let us know.

Thanks again for reporting this issue,

Hello @JohnColombo17100380 and @Erick Mota ,

since I was experiencing the same issue, I am happy to announce that the After effects BETA version (23.2x34) does its job and exports to H264 without any issue.

You might wanna share this approach within this thread, since this seems to be a bit issue with regards to Premiere Pro too (if a fix within a BETA version of PP exists): https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/premiere-23-1-export-error-quot-file-importer-detected-an-inconsistency-in-the-file-structure-quot/idi-p/13413408

Best regards,

René

Hi @Erick Mota,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Yes, we are aware of this issue and there is a potential fix available in the latest After Effects (Beta) builds, version 23.2.0.34 and later. If possible, please give the Beta build a try and let us know if H.264 export works for you. If the fix in Beta passed internal and customer testing, then it will be included in the release of After Effects.

Thanks again for the report and for any further feedback,

- John, After Effects Engineering Team
