Paint on transparent doesn't work when applied on layer that has alpha channel

There is a bug in the Paint Brush in 2025 AE version: Paint on transparent doesn't work when applied on layer that has alpha channel. It just doesn't show anything painted.
When the layer has not and alpha channel it works.
