Pro Res Exports are half green and image squeezed

Software: After Effects 22.6.0 (we have to stay back a year for our clients)

Computer: Mac Studio '22, Apple M1 Ultra, 128gb Memory

When I am exporting this out of after effects. My composition looks great on all different dimension compositions. During render, my preview looks correct, but after export I am left with this. 16:9 and 1:1 crops look great. but then my 2:3 and 9:16 vertical comps squeeze up to the top of the frame and are left with this green at the bottom.

First few times I rendered these same comps this did not happen, then once it started it never worked again. Work around was to export on a PC. Any reports of what this bug could be?

This is Pro Res colored footage within the composition exporting to Pro Res.
