While launching it opens untitled project file page and NEW PROJECT button is not working?

When I launch After Effects 24.6.2. (Build 2), Untitled Project page opens automatically with the main page and the "New project" selection doesn't work. When I close the Untitled Project tab it quits After Effects completely. When I launch again same thing happens.

I did try uninstalling and installing again but that didn't solve the issue.

I did try the safe start but that didn't solve the issue.

This problem started suddenly, I didn't change or did anything to cause this problem. 

My hardware specs are: Mac Studio / M1 Max / Sequoia 15.0
