1920x1080p composition to 1080x1080p composition

Hello to this beautiful community.

I've done a project at 1920x1080p and i want to change the composition dimensions to 1080x1080p for social media purposes.

Manually i would select all the layers and try to scale them to the right size but because some of the layers have already scale/position changes through the timeline, this would change the starting scale size.

Is there any way different from doing it manually and rearranging every object by hand?

Precompose the composition or a duplicate, adjust the positioning of the layer as a whole or the content inside the pre-comp as needed.
