1920x1080p composition to 1080x1080p composition

Hello to this beautiful community.

I've done a project at 1920x1080p and i want to change the composition dimensions to 1080x1080p for social media purposes.

Manually i would select all the layers and try to scale them to the right size but because some of the layers have already scale/position changes through the timeline, this would change the starting scale size.

Is there any way different from doing it manually and rearranging every object by hand?
