Hi! I'm using After effects on a Mac pro m1 8gb RAM
And I ran into this problem - my 3D camera tracker doesn't work
When I activate it, it just goes initialization and that's it

Start by deleting the preferences so they get rebuilt with new defaults and reinstall AE with sufficient user privileges. Also check the Adobe folders in your user home directory and Library for whether they are fully accessible. Apparently this is some weird problem where folders suddenly disappear or become inaccessible due to some OS X security stuff.

I have had this problem for a long time, today I decided to reset my macOS completely to solve it

But unfortunately this did not help at all

Hi Валентин5FF7,

Really sorry for your issue.

Is this happening with any footage that you try to track or a particular one? Could you share some details (frame rate, frame size, format/codec) of the footage? Also, could you try tracking on a new project?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu

I have already tried many different projects, mostly they were encoded in H.264 (If there is another codec in which it will work, this will work as an option)
And it lasts with a lot of projects of different frame rates, etc.
