This is what it says on the screen "3D Camera Tracker: Layer size must match Compisition and use default transform values"
I'm pretty sure that the compisition match's the layer but I am not sure what the default transform values is. If someone could help me out that would be much appreciated

Hi Smith&Sons,
Thanks for writing in?
You need to make sure that you do not move the clip around or change the size. Also, the size of the clip and Composition should be the same.
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks,

To make sure that the composition has exactly the same settings, it is preferable that you drag the clip to the New Composition button, so you will get the same resolution, framerate, pixel aspect ratio, etc. One of these values may not be the same in the composition with respect to the clip.

Each layer's Layer>Transform section in the Timeline has a Reset option. See image below -
Click on the word/label Reset and all properties will change the their respective default value. HTH

If you have scaled or repositioned the footage you want to camera track, and it is important to scale, rotate, or move the layer, then you must pre-compose the layer and move all attributes to the new composition before you run Camera Tracker on the nested comp.
Perspective is controlled by camera position, framing is controlled by focal length. This means you can still get an accurate camera track if you need to push in and/or move the footage around. I do this quite often if the camera original is 4K or 6K and the delivered product is HD.
