3d human head holographic rotation

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a tutorial that explains how to transform a photo of my head into a graphic similar to the one I have attached and animate it by rotating it in a 360 degree loop.
does anyone have any suggestions? thank you all

You will need a 3D model of the head. Then I would suggest Trapcode Mir, a part of the Trapcode Suite from Maxon

This has nothing to do with AE. You have to model such stuff in a 3D program, scan it with an app like RealityScan or generate it with a tool like Unreal Engine's MetaHuman.
