3D MODEL DOES NOT SHOW ( BLACK SCREEN )

when i import 3D model it shows black screen and the model is invisible im not using beta and im using the lastest version and i clear 3d cashe

    You need to change the Composition Settings/3D rendering engine to Advanced 3D. That is the only way to render 3D files directly in the timeline.

    Hi Alex,

     

    Thanks for writing in. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements for After Effects? To preview the 3D objects, After Effects needs 4GB of VRAM.

      Do you mind sharing your system specifications? Are you able to switch to Advanced 3D Renderer as shown by Rick?
