3D Precomp looses quality

hello everyone, I have a problem with loosing quality of precomp when turning to 3D. the video in the precomp is HD and when i go back and look at precomp its very bad quality, blurry. Please help me fix that.

Actually i dont know what is that (( im using some kind of laptop template, so this laptop is precomp and the screen is precomp too

A proxy is footage that is lower quality that makes the preview run faster.

Anyways, try setting this to Final Quality
