4 pixels on ae 2022

hi! So i had ae 2021 for about a year. My

laptop had a bad crash, before everything worked. Now i got my laptop back and it started doing this on my old program, so i decided to download ae 2022 and i started editing like normal, when suddenly it started doing this again. How do i fix this? (One mention, i have an unsupported video drive if that helps)
