4 pixels on ae 2022

hi! So i had ae 2021 for about a year. My

laptop had a bad crash, before everything worked. Now i got my laptop back and it started doing this on my old program, so i decided to download ae 2022 and i started editing like normal, when suddenly it started doing this again. How do i fix this? (One mention, i have an unsupported video drive if that helps)

What size is the comp? What is the magnification ratio (bottom left corner of the comp panel)?

The cropped screenshot and lack of workflow description do not give us much to go on. You may have created a comp that is only 2 X 2 pixels.
