Abonnementstatus Subscription Status

Hello, since yesterday AE and PR can no longer connect to check the status of the subscription. The CC app works fine. I cheked keychain and certificates, reinstalled everything, nothing helped. What could that be? Thanks!

Solved. I asked the IT, they checked their Firewall and told me, the CC-App was waiting for a certificate named "acces.adobe..." and got a certificate named "services.adobe...", so this inequality caused the error. They sat the approval for the new certificate in the firewall, and then it worked.
