Adding paragraph option in Essential graphics template from AE to Premiere pro

Is it possible to add the following options when creating a essential graphic template from After effects to premiere pro? if so, how.

Nope, since they aren't property streams and they are also not available as expressions. I would argue, though, that if you would need these options in Premiere the template is used wrongly or too complex and the whole point of having a pre-defined, consistent design would bve lost. You might want to reconsider.
