Adobe After Effects 18.2.1 not responding

hi guys, my after effects keep on crashing and not responding . i tried reinstall adobe cloud and after effects , empty disk cache before i work , turn off hardware accelerate already but it still happening....please send help : ( 

pc spec 

 i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz

ram : 16.0 GB

gpu : RTX2060

Keep trying. Clearly you have issues with your graphics driver, so you have to fiddle with that for better or worse, annoying as it may be.

Do you get this issue with all the projects or a particular one? Have you tried resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...

As Mylenium mentioned, changing the GPU driver is a good starting point.
