Please make adobe after effects for android please make a port of it thank you

That's a crazy idea. Compositing and motion graphics require lots of controls and lots of power. Trying to put that in a mobile app that is not a one trick pony would be nearly impossible. It is also the wrong market. After Effects is a professional tool readily adopted by amateurs that want to do cool stuff. Turning AE into a mobile app would require throwing away about 99% of it's power.
