Hello,

I have a user who's Adobe After Effects is crashing right after he starts the app.
We ensured GPU drivers are up to date, re-installed drivers as well as Adobe CC.
I can't seam to find a place on adobe CC admin to submit an incident and work with someone, could someone point me in the right direction?

If I go to Assisted support, it asks me to sign in. Then I sign in it takes me to support articles. From there I have to go back to that page to contact and its an insanity loop x)

LATEST

I'm having the same issue with a user. This is on a win 10 machine 20h2 build. Latest after effects installed. Latest nvidia driver. Crashes after the splash screen. I've filled my email in multiple times for log report submission. I've since been able to get it to launch again but it's now using the onboard gpu. I changed which gpu the application uses in the windows settings. There's an option in display settings where you can chose which gpu you want the app to use. Once changing to the on board the app launched again. I changed it back to the nvidia and it crashed. Changed to onboard and launched again.
