Adobe After Effects crashing on M1 Pro Macbook

Hi All,

Adobe After Effects 2021 and 2022 won't launch on my MacBook Pro 2021 running macOS Monterey 12.3. System is a brand new M1 Pro with 64 GB RAM, fresh install.

I basically get the loading screen and then, the program crashes to the desktop.

Error Message: "Sorry, an error occured"
I've tried a clean reinstall and had rosetta installed on the machine to no avail.

At my wits end here as I don't know what the fix is.
