Adobe After Effects Exporting to Premiere Not Working

When I try to export my animation to adobe premiere from Adobe After Effects it tells me that I have to have adobe after effects 2023, which I have. Both programs are installed at 23.1. Dynamic link doesn't seem to work either. What do I do? Please help!!!

Maybe try resetting preferences:

To restore the default preference settings, press and hold the following keys while the application is starting.

1. Windows: Ctrl+Alt+Shift.
2. macOS: Command+Option+Shift.

Are you sure you use the latest version of PR 23.1 also?

I'm experiencing this too. It's doing my head in. Both programs are Version 23.1.0, but AE is (Build 83) and Premiere is (Build 86).  Is there an AE (Build 86) so they match?
