Adobe after effects warning: could not find the user documents directory.

This message is followed by "after effects can continue: unexpected failure during application start up. Im working from my PC at home using my school email account, we use macs in our school and it seems to work fine there. Most solution I have found online involve tweaking windows defender and the firewall, but none of these solutions have worked for me. Just for the heck of it i also tried changing the application directory and the sync location but that hasent dont anything for me either. If you have any other solutions i would glady try them out!
