Adobe all apps won't launch...

My app's version

・After effects 2022

・Premiere Pro 2022

・Photoshop 2023

・Illustrator 2023

My computer

・AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core

・RAM 64.0GB

・NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070 Ti (NVDIA Drive version 531.41 /

The reason for using this version of the drive is that the blue screen appears more than usual when using the latest version of the drive.)

All apps in Adobe won't launch. But Photoshop and Illustrator can launch.

I've tried both resetting the media cache and resetting settings, but nothing has changed.

And I tried to update After effect and Premiere to the version of 2023, but the same problem still persists.

There is one way to launch an app. That way, if I run the app right away as soon as I restart my computer, it will run properly the first time.
However, it will not run if I run the app a little later, or if I turn it off and run it again.
