AE 2019 - Missing "Tint Effect"

Hi Guys,

I've recently updated AE CC 2019 (Build 16.1.2) and now it seems that the "Tint Effect" is missing. Anyone has the same issue or know how I get the effect back in my list?

Are you getting an error about a missing effect on startup? If so, it's possible that you have a third-party Tint effect in a previous project (perhaps something from Red Giant Universe)? If you're not getting an error and you don't see the effect in your list like it is in Rick's screenshot then you might want to reinstall After Effects. Individual effects don't really disappear, though, this sounds like something else.
