AE andOculus Quest 2

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding AE and its VR capabilities. As of now I am rendering to an Oculus Quest 2 using a plug-in called After Codecs. However, if I just wanted to render from the standard media encoder, what render settings are you guys using to get the correct cube map projection?

 

Second, when I am viewing my renders on the Quest 2 the constrollers for the quest allow me to move forward or backwards a bit which is not what I want. Does anyone know how to disable this feature? Thanks so much.
