AE Autosave Slow not match

I am using aftereffect and set the auto save around 5/10mins and it takes really long time to auto save it. whats the issue? I tried to clear cache or restart the ae, but eachtime autosave is in random time, can anyone explain? And any solution to this?

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you tell us more about the project size and complexity? If you're working on a particularly large or complex project (lots of layers, effects, or high-res assets), the auto-save may take longer. 

Can you also check if there are any background processes running that might affect saving the project?

the moment I am doing a lot of shot comp is in 4K and inputed the graphics in it are around 1500-2000 pixel size. but I havent done any animation yet.

I see! Where you're project and media files are saved? Are they stored in external drive or server? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
