ae_force_english.txt not work for after effects 14.2

I just updated my After Effects to version 14.2.0.198, and unfortunely "ae_force_english.txt" in "%userprofile%\documents" does not work (Windows 10 pro 64-bit).

Is there any method to solve this problem without reinstall. I need to use Afterfx in English and other applications in Chinese. It's quite a bad experience to change my language in the settings every time I update my software.

No...I finally reinstalled all my adobe applications in English.

Old thread but it way help someone : Windows has now 2 "documents" folders. One local (C:/user/userprofile/Documents) and a cloud one inside OneDrive.

Turns out it is the cloud folder you should be using, and the command still works (for me at least).

Totally works on windows 10 x64.

I created two files named ae_force_english.txt with notepad++ (right click, create new txt file, rename) on C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\Adobe and on C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\

Just reopen AE and the magic happens.
