AE/Media Encoder not using CUDA but its activated? Slow rendering

Hey Guys,

So CUDA is activated in my AE and ME but it seems rendering is taking so long for a short 10 second H.264 file. Animation is not that complicated, only about 6 layers and onlt 2 layers are animated with simple rotate and scale. No special effects or 3D

When I look at the performance, CPU is mostly getting used and GPU is at 2%

What is going wrong?

And what are the actual render settings? You left out the most important part. If you customized them, you may simply effectively have disabled GPU acceleration. Only standard production formats render accelerated.
