AE more than 964 layers

Hello Guys,

is there any opportunity to edit more than 964 layers in one comp?

After 964 layers I can still add more but i can not see them on my timeline.

*pre-comp is no option in my case.

you may turn "shy" icon on  for the Finished layer, you can see them in the Comp window but they are invisible in the Timeline,

so the layer 965, 966, ... is visible for me on the timeline?
I can not try to right now, since I'm not on the Computer I worked on, I only have this screenshot from yesterday.
