AE stops rendering preview when turn on Cinema 4d

Hi!

 

I have been facing issues with previewing when I activate Cinema 4D. The green bar in the timeline just disappears when Cinema 4d is turned on.

 

Here are some details you might want to know:
- Compute: Macbook pro with M2max chip.

- After effects version: 24.1.0

 

Any help would be appreciated!

    What happens when press the space bar? Does the playhead move forward? Can you test on a new project and see if the issue is reproducible? If so, try running After Effects in Safe Mode.
