Hello all,

I have a question for the community. Is there a way to import a 3d object from cinema 4d into AE and place it in a moving scene?

I have produced camera motion tracking in AE and imported a  3d object from c4d but I am not aware of the way how to attach it to

specific point.

Cheers,

Elsa

You would export the AE camera and Nulls to Cinema 4D using the respective Import/ Export functions found in the layer and file menus or Cineware panel, respectively, and then re-import the C4D file. Otherwise investing in the element 3D plug-in will make these workflows a lot more intuitive.
