AE22 - Mocha Problem

in AE 22 the Link between AE and Mocha doenst seems to work perfekt.

Our Computers have trouble with Mocha bcz of this issue.

We have not this problem in AE 18 and it work perty well.

i have the Problem everywhere! i cant understand that no one write about it!

Mocha has many problems with AE 22 or revers.

Same issue every time in AE 22.

Mocha black Frame like :

Unknown frame.

Without any specific info about your system and the kinds of footage you use this isn't really in any way useful, I'm afraid. You need to be much more specific for anyone to advise on fixes or workarounds.

Thank you for your asnwer.

We have the same problem on at least 5 Computers, with different Hardware.

Some of them work with Nvidea Quadro 5000 and some of them with 1080 ti.

Most of them with 64 GB ram.

OP system Windows.

I dont thiank, that is a Hardware problem, bcz we can use the Mocha in AE 18 without any problems. It is just in AE 22.

It ist no matter, what kind of Footage. But we use actully .mov and .mxf .

Converting the Videos to Proxy did not solve the problem.
