AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed (5027::12)

I have a problem with Adobe After effects and AME. When I try to render my video I receive this two errors (two screenshots below).
I`ve already reinstalled these programs, so this method does not work. Versions of AAE and AME are the same.

the most common cause for this issue are insufficient user privileges/ user permissions on temp folders and all that as well as potential blockages of local network connections due to security settings, so start by checking that.
