AEGP plugin problem

Without any system information and other details nobody can tell you much. Such issues usual boil down to insufficient user priviliges and file/ folder permissions, so as a start reinstall the program with sufficient privileges and run it this way as well. Otherwise check the relevant settings and attributes on your system's security settings and the folders, in particular the user temp folders and such.
