After Effect 2020 - Prévisualisation figé

Bonjour,

 

Lorsque je travail sur After Effects 2020, après 10 minutes dessus, la prévisualisation se fige.

Je m'explique, le logiciel ne bug pas, je n'ai pas de message d'erreur. Le chargement se fait bien (Barre verte) mais que j'appuie sur ESPACE ou sur l'icône lecture, le curseur ne bouge pas. Une fois que je rappuie sur ESPACE ou le bouton STOP 3 secondes plus tard, le curseur se place 3 secondes plus tard.

 

On m'a parlé de "Mise à jour automaqieu" mais je ne trouve pas ce bouton sous AE 2020 et de pus, pourquoi cela fonctionne t'il au début. A noter que la mémoire appartie au cache est de 40Go et que je possède déjà 16Go de RAM. (13 allou à AE)

 

Merci de votre retour, vraiment je me tire les cheveux

    1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
    2. What's the version of After Effects you're using?
    3. Does it happen with all the projects or a particular one?

    I have the same problem, instead of playing de video after effect put the hand tool (the one you used when you maintain space). I think it's just after effect who detect the wrong tool. I still don't have solution if someone can help. thx

    I also have the same problem that started few months ago, after trying everything and even when I downloaded the oldest versions it kept going. It's very hard to work now since I need to see the result with the sound...

      Thanks for reaching out. Here's what you can try:

      1. Go to Edit > Purge > All Media and Disk Cache
      2. Reset the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

      Je fais cette manipulation à chaque fois mais cela ne règle pas le souci.

      Le fait de fermer puis de relancer AE est pour l"instant le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé pour pouvoir continuer à travailler.
