After Effect : AEGP Plugin bodypaint 3d : Unable to create composition

Hi, when I working with AE an cinema 4D, I get this error when I import '.aec' file.

 

How can I fix it?

Sorry to hear that. What's the version of After Effects you're using? Do you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, are there any specific steps that lead to this issue?

Are you on Windows or macOS? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)? Also, what's the exact version of After Effects you're using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-re-using/td-p/9972137

You could try resetting the preferences of After Effects as a basic maintenance step: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

Hi!

I'm running into the same error. I uninstalled and reinstalled After effects (I'm on version 22.6) but nothing changed. Please help.
