After Effect Blur Error

Hello.
I have a problem with applying blur since after effects have been updated to the latest.
LIKE THIS:

 First Photo-Blur Effect OFFSecond Photo-Blur Effect ON

 

How can I solve this?

Select the layer with the blur effect applied, press the U key twice, then show us the layer so we can see what you have done to it. It would also be a good idea to solo the layer so we are not confused by other layers.

Without information about the blur effects you use we can't help you, so try to post a screenshot for the blur effect you use
