After Effect can't continue: Licensing error

I have also the same problem in my after effects. I installiert After Effect 2020 in my Windows computer but i can't open it. By the way before i could open my after effect in an old version. The error is like below written. " After effects can't continue: Licensing Error. I have changed the language from german or english in my browser and my OS and adobe cloud. to chinese simple but it doesn't work...and i cant uninstall after effect in my computer now. I dont know why.

Would you check the language option in Adobe cloud desktop tool?

yes i have changed the language in preference in adobe cloude in chinese simple.

thank you for your suggestion. Using Cleaner tool I have uninstall After Effects and reinstall it again. But it shows the same error fenster.


I think there has something wrong in german language or chinese language between computer and after effect. But finally I have solved my problem by myself, after I have changed the language into english in all of my computer and after effect and adobe cloud.
