After Effect can't continue: Licensing error

I have also the same problem in my after effects. I installiert After Effect 2020 in my Windows computer but i can't open it. By the way before i could open my after effect in an old version. The error is like below written. " After effects can't continue: Licensing Error. I have changed the language from german or english in my browser and my OS and adobe cloud. to chinese simple but it doesn't work...and i cant uninstall after effect in my computer now. I dont know why.

Would you check the language option in Adobe cloud desktop tool?

yes i have changed the language in preference in adobe cloude in chinese simple.

Thanks for reaching out.

Did you reinstall After Effects after changing the language in the Creative Cloud desktop app? If you're having trouble uninstalling it, use the Cleaner tool to remove it and reinstall it using the Creative Cloud desktop app.
