After Effect Can't Continue: Premier Pro Import Plugin generated an unexpected exception

Question

So I was working on a template, and when I was trying to export it to a Premier pro file and edit the text and everything else, it gave me the text of After Effect Can't Continue: Premier Pro Import Plugin generated an unexpected exception and I cant work on the project and can export it to the Premier pro file

I just imported the AE file and started clicked export and clicked Premier pro file and yeah

can anyone help me solve this?
