Well, it basically means what it says. You are simply exhausting your hardware resources due to extensive GPU usage by Element 3D and possibly otehr effects. That and of course you may have graphics driver issues. realyl nothing more to say the nthat, even more so since you haven't offered any system info or detailed settings. Start by checking and updating your graphics driver.
