We're aware of a similar issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As a workaround, you can change the driver of the integrated GPU to Basic. Here are the steps:

  1. Close After Effects
  2. Go to the Device Manager (Run >> devmgmt.msc)
  3. Select Display Adapter, Right click on  the "Intel UHD graphic card".
  4. Select "Update Driver"
  5. Select "Browse my Computer"
  6. Select "Let me Pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer".
  7. Select "Microsoft Display Adapter".
  8.  Launch After Effects.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

It works, thank you, I want to know if anything will happen to my computer or any program when I do this , and why this happened to after effect?

What happened inside is that your integrated Intel GPU is disabled. But your computer should be fine, and you should not see any issues because you're using your dedicated GPU.
