Sorry for this probably simple question, but I am encounting a problem whereby I accidentally pressed something, resulting in the red borders around just this composition. It causes the composition to appear black and white, however it doesn't seem to alter the properties of my layers?

Correct answer Tomas Sinkunas

You have set Show Channel and Color Management Settings to show only Red channel. Click on that icon and select RGB.

You are displaying red-channel only. See the little colorful circles next to "Quarter" preview resolution?

You can set channels to display there. Just click on it.
